Job Title: Dance Faculty

Job Summary:
Tansen School of Music and Dance is seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Faculty to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dance, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students of different age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach dance forms (classical, contemporary, Bollywood, or other styles as per expertise) to students.
- Plan and conduct engaging and structured dance classes.
- Prepare students for performances, competitions, and events.
- Choreograph routines for stage shows and school programs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning workplace.




- Coordinate with management for class schedules and events.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a dance instructor or performer.
- Strong knowledge of one or more dance styles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students of different age groups.
- Certification or formal training in dance is preferred.

Working Hours:
As per class schedule and institution requirements.

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
