JD for Polish Supervisor

- Production Management: Assign daily tasks to polishers and spray operators, track work-in-progress, and meet output targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for uniform color, gloss level, and smooth texture; prevent and fix flaws like scratches or uneven coats.
- Material Management: Oversee the usage of sealers, stains, PU polish, thinners, and sandpaper to reduce waste.
- Equipment Care: Maintain spray guns, sanding tools, air compressors, and polish booths.
- Safety & Workplace Rules: Enforce safety gear usage, proper ventilation, and 5S cleanliness rules.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 3 to 4 years in wood finishing or furniture manufacturing, in a supervisory role.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in PU, melamine, lacquer, and stain matching.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or relevant practical factory experience.
- Soft Skills: Team leadership, problem-solving, and basic daily reporting
- Salary package: 30K to 35K CTC

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
