Team lead

Must have a minimum of 5 years of design, development, and technical leadership experience. You must be able to develop functional specifications, lead the design process and carry your team through the implementation while providing technical leadership to the team.You need to have very solid programming skills. Knowledge and experience in design, development or implementation of any of protocols like RTP, RTCP, MGCP, H323 etc is essential. Knowledge and experience in real time operating systems like VxWorks, Psos etc will be an added advantage.
