S World Floors (SWF) is a tiles, granite and marble trading business based in Madhavaram, Chennai, serving retail and project clients across Tamil Nadu. We are hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to manage outbound dispatch coordination.

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate with transporters and labour for outbound dispatch of tiles, granite and marble orders. Book porters as needed for loading/unloading. Proactively call or message clients to update them on dispatch status and any delays. Report to the Dispatch Head and keep dispatch records updated.

Preferred candidate profile:

Explicit spoken communication is a must. Should be able to stay organized while handling multiple simultaneous dispatches and remain calm under pressure. This is an office-based coordination role, not physical labour.

Compensation:

Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 per month. There is a 3-month incubation period, after which pay is reviewed for a possible increase.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
