We are hiring a Global E-Commerce Manager to drive our international marketplace expansion, with a primary focus on Amazon Global and Alibaba. This role owns the end-to-end performance of our digital storefronts — focusing on revenue growth, brand protection, and customer conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Marketplace Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Alibaba and global Amazon marketplaces (e.g., EU and US).
— Inquiry & Performance Tracking: Handle inbound B2B inquiries promptly and continuously track, analyse, and report on page-performance metrics, PPC campaign ROI, and customer reviews.
— Alibaba Customer Management: Stay active on Alibaba and respond to clients in the most efficient and timely manner.
— Listing & SEO Optimisation: Create and manage highly optimised product listings, using keyword research to improve organic ranking and visibility for natural and wellness products.
— Brand Registry & Protection:
Actively manage Amazon Brand Registry, enforce brand guidelines, standardise listings, and take control of ASINs to prevent unauthorised third-party sellers from diluting brand presentation.
— Brand Store Development: Build and continually optimise engaging Amazon Brand Store pages and A+ content to maximise conversion rates.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
— Proven expertise managing Amazon Seller Central (Global) and Alibaba for manufacturers or brand owners.
— A deep understanding of Amazon Brand Registry, listing overrides, and global compliance.
— Strong analytical skills to interpret marketplace data and adjust strategy accordingly.
— Experience in the beauty, personal-care, or FMCG categories is a strong plus.
NICE TO HAVE
— Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC and external traffic campaigns.
— Working knowledge of marketplace compliance for cosmetics across the EU and US.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
