1. Export Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, letters of credit, and certificates of origin.

Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and Incoterms.

Coordinate with customs authorities and freight forwarders for smooth clearance.

2. Logistics & Shipment Coordination

Arrange and monitor shipments via air, sea, or land transport.

Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport agencies to ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and provide updates to clients regarding delivery schedules.

3. Client & Supplier Communication

Maintain solid relationships with international clients and suppliers.

Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with buyers and logistics providers.

4. Payment & Financial Management

Handle international payment transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC),



DA/DP, and T/T payments.

Ensure timely payment collection and manage foreign exchange risks.

Collaborate with finance teams to process invoices and resolve discrepancies.

5. Market Research & Business Development

Identify new export markets and potential buyers.

Analyze global trade trends and competitors to enhance business opportunities.

Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company’s global reach.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

Work closely with production, inventory, and quality control teams to meet export requirements.

Ensure proper packaging and labeling in accordance with international standards.

Address any quality or compliance issues raised by buyers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
