IT Online Bidder (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Bhopal
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Online Bidder with at least 2 years of experience in generating business through online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like Freelancer, Truelancer, and Upwork, along with strong skills in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Freelancer, Truelancer, and Upwork
- Write customized, high-converting proposals to secure projects
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for accurate delivery
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Track, manage, and follow up on leads and proposals
- Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and ongoing projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
- Proven experience working on Freelancer, Truelancer, Upwork etc.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to write skilled and persuasive proposals
- Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in international client handling
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and conversion strategies
