Job Summary

Indore Multispeciality Hospital is looking for dedicated and compassionate ICU Staff Nurses to join our Critical Care team. The selected candidates will work under the supervision and guidance of the ICU Incharge, ensuring quality patient care while following ICU protocols and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Work under the supervision of the ICU Incharge and follow assigned patient care plans.
- Monitor critically ill patients and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist doctors during ICU procedures and medical emergencies.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and syringe pumps.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and nursing records.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital quality protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, ICU Incharge,



and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide compassionate care and communicate professionally with patients and their families.

Eligibility

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- ICU experience preferred; freshers with good clinical exposure may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of ICU equipment and critical care protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
