JKey Responsibilities1. Electrical Maintenance

- Supervise maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, wiring, panels, generators, UPS, etc.)
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply across campus
- Schedule regular inspections and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot electrical faults

2. Plumbing Maintenance

- Oversee water supply systems, pipelines, drainage, and sewage systems
- Ensure proper functioning of restrooms, water tanks, and pumps
- Handle leakages, blockages, and emergency plumbing issues
- Monitor water usage and promote conservation practices

3. Gardening & Landscaping

- Supervise gardeners and landscaping staff
- Maintain lawns, trees, plants, and campus greenery
- Plan seasonal planting and beautification projects
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning efficiently

4. General Facility Management

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage daily maintenance operations and staff assignments




- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of campus infrastructure (buildings, classrooms, hostels, etc.)

5. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards
- Implement corrective actions to maintain a safe environment
- Ensure proper waste management and sustainability practices

6. Administration & Reporting

- Prepare maintenance budgets and control expenses
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment
- Submit periodic reports to college management
- Handle complaints and maintenance requests efficiently

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
