- Design and deliver training programs for teachers, HMs, and government stakeholders
- Develop and improve training modules and learning materials
- Conduct training sessions and classroom observations
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders for successful implementation
Required Skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational methodologies and technology integration
- MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in the local language
- Ability to drive a two-wheeler
- Willingness to travel across project locations
- Preferred age: 30+ years
