About the Role

This is not a sales job.

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive (Dealer Success Manager) who will become the trusted partner for our dealers and distributors across India.

Your success will be measured by how successfully our customers grow their business—not by how many products you sell.

Key Responsibilities Dealer Onboarding

- Welcome every new dealer and distributor.
- Guide customers through BAT MASTER products and branding solutions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Customer Success

- Build long-term relationships with dealers.
- Help customers choose the right product mix based on their market.
- Provide business guidance to improve dealer profitability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Branding Consultation

- Explain OEM and Private Label branding options.
- Assist customers with logo branding, packaging, stickers, labels,



and product customization.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Account Growth

- Schedule repeat orders.
- Inform customers about new product launches, seasonal offers, and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to grow each customer account.

Customer Support

- Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Referral Development

- Encourage happy customers to refer new dealers and distributors.
- Build a strong dealer community for BAT MASTER.

CRM & Follow-ups

- Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Track dealer engagement, repeat orders, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
✔ Robust customer relationship management skills
✔ Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
✔ Good organisational and follow-up skills
✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Business Development, or Sales Support is preferred.




- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and relationship-building skills are welcome to apply.
