We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead lead-generation and brand visibility campaigns using email marketing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and paid ads. The role requires hands-on experience with performance marketing tools and strong technical skills to execute and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation (organic + paid, including InMail & Campaign Manager)
- Manage WhatsApp marketing via WhatsApp Business API or CRM integrations
- Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), UTMs, and conversion tracking
- Improve visibility through SEO, retargeting, and A/B testing





Technical Requirements

- 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation
- Proficient in:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
- CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
- WhatsApp Business tools/API
- SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- UTM tracking, pixel setup, and event-based tracking

Pay: ₹14,059.06 - ₹42,595.20 per month
