- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Responsible for various tasks including planning, execution, and management of related duties.
- Identify client needs and opportunities to enhance account growth.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Understand the clients industry, competition, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure all client feedback is documented, addressed, and followed up with appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of events, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and to client specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistical elements are in place.
