Job Title: Civil Litigation Lawyer

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and energetic Lawyers to join our legal team. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in civil litigation with hands-on knowledge of real estate laws and a thorough command of procedural laws. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills, with the ability to handle ground-level legal work and solve problems swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various courts and forums.

Provide legal opinions and advisory on transactions and disputes.

Draft and review plaints, written statements, petitions, applications, agreements, and other legal documents.

Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.

Liaise with clients, court staff, and relevant authorities.





Manage groundwork such as site visits, document verification, and interaction with local authorities.

Ensure timely and strategic resolution of legal matters.

Requirements:

LL.B. degree from a recognized university; enrollment with Bar Council.

Proven experience in civil litigation.

Exceptional drafting and research capabilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently.

Proactive attitude with quick problem-solving skills.
