Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 4–8 years of experience in an automation manufacturing or engineering company. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor development, negotiating prices, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials required for production and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure raw materials, electrical, mechanical, and industrial components.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Project teams for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specification compliance of purchased materials.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery,



and commercial terms.
- Support cost reduction and continuous vendor improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple suppliers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management.
- B. TECH

Experience

- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Purchase or Procurement.
- Automation Manufacturing, Engineering, Electrical Panel, Machinery Manufacturing, or Industrial Equipment background is preferred.

- PLC, HMI, Sensors, VFDs
- Motors, Gearboxes, Bearings
- Pneumatic and Hydraulic Components
- Electrical Control Panel Components
- Fasteners, Fabrication Materials, MS/SS Raw Materials

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
