We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in our automotive plastic injection moulding facility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in injection moulding operations, manpower management, production planning, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Manage operators and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, and productivity.
- Coordinate mould changes and production scheduling.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Maintain 5S, safety, and shop-floor discipline.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Stores departments.
- Prepare daily production reports and shift handovers.
- Train operators and monitor their performance.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and escalate technical issues when required.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical,



Plastics, Production, Polymer, or related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Haitian, Milacron, Toshiba, or similar machines.
- Understanding of mould changing and production planning.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehu, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
