Job Summary

Nestable Homes is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller with experience in premium real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate leads, engage prospective customers, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer enquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads for premium residential projects.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, and offers.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM.




- Coordinate with the Sales Team to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in Real Estate.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
- Experience in Real Estate Telecalling.
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Lead Generation & Customer Follow-up.
- CRM/MS Office knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
