We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to lead banquet operations at our premium 4-star wedding and convention centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage weddings, receptions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Ensure seamless event execution with exceptional guest service.
- Lead, train, and supervise banquet staff.
- Coordinate with kitchen, sales, housekeeping, engineering, and event vendors.
- Manage banquet setup, service standards, inventory, and operational costs.
- Handle guest queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 5–8 years of banquet operations experience, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Prior experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large weddings, banquets, and convention events.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
