A motivated individual who is passionate about business, marketing, and real estate, and is ready to grow with the company.
Responsibilities
- Client communication and relationship management
- Property video shooting and editing
- Creating social media content
- Managing property listings and promotions
- Following up with leads
- Coordinating site visits
- Supporting business development and marketing campaigns
- Working closely with the founder to scale the business
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Basic real estate knowledge is an advantage
Compensation
- No fixed monthly salary.
- 25% revenue share on every successfully closed deal you contribute to.
- Opportunity to earn up to a 30% profit share after successfully completing a one-year agreement and meeting agreed performance expectations.
Agreement
- One-year commitment
- Three-month probation/trial period
- NDA (Confidentiality Agreement)
- Mutual exit clause
- Offline work in Tirupati
