- Handle complete production of seat assembly line
(structure → foam → trimming → final assembly)
- Ensure production targets & OEM dispatch schedules are met
- Manage line activities for seat frame, foam, upholstery & assembly
- Ensure zero line stoppage at OEM end (JIT supply)
- Monitor quality issues like fitment, noise, comfort, finish defects
- Implement line balancing & takt time as per customer demand
- Control rejection, rework & PPM levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
