Donor Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential individual donors.

Impact Communication: Clearly communicate the NGO’s mission, active campaigns, and how contributions directly benefit those in need.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising and calling targets.

Relationship Management: Follow up with prospective donors, answer queries, and build long-term relationships with existing supporters.

Data Maintenance: Accurately update donor information, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM or database.

Essential Requirements
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Persuasion: Robust convincing and negotiation abilities to turn prospects into active contributors.

Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience: 0 months to 2 years of experience in tele-sales, fundraising, or customer service. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are often considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
