The Manager – Implementation plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility. As well as overseeing all operational areas of the business, the role is central in supporting business growth. He/she interacts directly with both customers and providers. This role also involves managing the team of associate managers and operations executives.

Responsibilities:

- End to End implementation of SaaS solution at our top customers with high ticket size, ensure timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training.
- Manage and coach a team of mid-market associate managers and operations executives.




- Travel to client locations if needed to understand their needs, train them about SaaS solutions and build & maintain strong client relationships.
- Design and set up processes and work on continuous improvement of the set processes
- Collaborate with the technical team to set up or configure SaaS software platform as per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by them.
- Set and monitor KPIs to access projects.
- Implement systems and processes that deliver improvement toward 100% conformance to client requirements.
- Research and analyze recent products and design a process for their implementation.
- Understand and interpret client requirements and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and our organization.
- Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to the client and internal stakeholders.

- Ownership and responsibility to stick to the Go-Live date committed to the customer by you.
- Hand Holding customer once the onboarding is completed to make sure the customer is not facing any issues post-implementation.

Desired Skills and Requirement:

- Excellent documentation, and communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent with Excel / Google Sheets
