Profile: State Business Development Manager

About the Role:

Adhunik Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced State Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Government, Defence, Institutional, and Infrastructure projects in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop business with Government Departments, PSUs, Defence, Infrastructure Authorities, and Institutions.
- Build relationships with Consultants, PMCs, Architects, EPC & MEP Contractors.
- Generate product approvals, vendor registrations, specifications, and BOQ inclusion.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and business opportunities from planning to execution stage.
- Coordinate with contractors for product selection, technical support, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain project pipeline, monitor competitor activities, and provide market feedback.
- Achieve business targets through regular field visits and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Sales, Government Sales,



Institutional Sales, Infrastructure Business Development, or Electrical Industry Sales.
- Experience in Electrical Switchgear, Wires & Cables, LT Panels, Switches, LED Lighting, Fans, Geysers, Building Materials, or Industrial Products preferred.
- Existing network with Government Departments, Consultants, Contractors, EPCs, or Infrastructure stakeholders will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

Travel

- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
