We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller Executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service while supporting our sales and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to enquiries related to holiday packages, visa services, flight tickets, hotel bookings, cruises, and other travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate travel solutions.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales and operations team.
- Maintain customer records and update enquiry details.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, offers, pricing, and travel requirements.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support day-to-day office communication and administrative tasks.
- Achieve monthly enquiry handling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Valuable customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
