We're Hiring: Google Ads Specialist

At Reon Technologies, we're looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist who can create, manage, and optimize high-performing paid advertising campaigns. If you're passionate about PPC, conversion optimization, lead generation, and performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads Campaign Management

- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop compelling ad copies and optimize campaign structures for maximum performance
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, and targeting

Performance Tracking & Analytics

- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to improve ROI

Lead Generation & Optimization





- Implement audience targeting, remarketing, and segmentation strategies
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience groups
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of PPC metrics, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
