Requirement

- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12+ years of relevant procurement experience in a construction or Real Estate industry, with at least 6 years in a Head role.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and inventory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Robust negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and contractors
- Knowledge of construction materials, commercial terms, and laws pertaining to procurement
- Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Excel, ERP software, and web-based procurement platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
