Job Opening – Site Engineer (Civil)

Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
Location: Mohali
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently handle, Supervise and manage civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Plan and monitor execution of RCC works, structural works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing works, and external development works.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and site safety compliance.
- Monitor productivity of labor, subcontractors, and equipment deployed at site.
- Review and verify measurements, bills, and material consumption.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality requirements.




- Monitor wastage control and optimize resource utilization to minimize project costs.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.
- Ability to handle multiple contractors and work under project deadlines.
