About Bon Fiction

Bon Fiction is an award-winning, single-origin, tree-to-bar chocolate company founded in 2021. We work directly with cacao growers in the Godavari region of Andhra Pradesh to craft premium chocolates that showcase the unique potential of Indian cacao. Our chocolates have received international recognition, including selection among the Best 50 Beans in the World (2025) and Gold awards from leading global chocolate competitions.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and execution-oriented qualified to work closely with the Founder in driving day-to-day business operations.

This is a high-ownership role focused on coordinating execution across teams, building systems, and ensuring business priorities move forward efficiently. This is not an Executive Assistant or administrative role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate execution across Sales, Production, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Track projects, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of key initiatives.
- Maintain business trackers, dashboards, MIS, and operational reports.
- Support operational planning and implementation of SOPs.
- Document planning processes for demand forecasting, production planning, inventory planning, and product launches.
- Work closely with the Founder to improve business execution and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Founder's Office,



Project Management, or Strategy & Operations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Excel, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Background [not mandatory]

Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership is highly preferred.

Education
