Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Mathematics and Physics Faculty to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics and/or Physics to students of Classes 8–12 and competitive exams (NDA, IMUCET, RIMC etc.)
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality classroom sessions
- Prepare study materials, assignments, and test papers
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor students to improve conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
- Stay updated with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies
- Maintain a disciplined and motivating classroom environment

Qualifications

- degree in Mathematics / Physics or related field
- Strong subject knowledge and analytical skills

Experience





- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school or coaching institute
- Experience in preparing students for board or competitive exams is an advantage

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
