- Installation & troubleshooting of IOS Devices
- Installation, Repair & reinstall IOS Devices.
- Manage File Sharing and Permission on Apple devices.
- Managing & Troubleshooting of window XP and Mac OS & IOS.
- Deliver across the entire product life cycle concept, deploy, test, release to stores and support
- Working directly with Servicing and product Executive to conceptualize, build, test and realize products Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
- Working with the Service Center to build and maintain a solid system for supporting the apps.
Teaming up with front-end developers to create user-friendly interfaces. Designing attractive and easy-to-use interfaces for different devices.
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the IOS technologies.
- Explain technologies and solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholder.

- Certification in MAC & IOS.
