Retailer Support & Order Management

* Handle retailer inbound calls and queries

* Assist in:

* Order booking

* Product availability

* Issue resolution

* Maintain retailer-wise order tracking sheet

* Ensure regular follow-up for order confirmation

Order Processing & Fulfillment

* Ensure accurate order punching and coordination

* Track pending and back orders

* Ensure timely fulfillment of retailer requirements

* Coordinate with PDSE/team for order alignment

Dispatch Planning & Execution

* Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules

* Verify:

* Order accuracy

* Packing quality

* Invoice matching

* Coordinate with logistics/delivery team

* Ensure on-time delivery and minimal delays

Service Level & Coordination

* Maintain high fill rate and service efficiency





* Provide regular updates to retailers on order status

* Coordinate with:

* Inventory team (stock availability)

* Sales/PDSE team (demand input)

* Ensure smooth flow from order → dispatch → delivery

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Stock accuracy (%)

* Fill rate (%)

* Order processing accuracy (%)

* Dispatch turnaround time (TAT)

* Pending order reduction

* Dead stock reduction

* Retailer satisfaction level

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
