Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete day-to-day operations of the wellness center
- Manage reception, therapists, aestheticians, housekeeping & guest coordination
- Ensure smooth guest experience and highest service standards
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue & membership targets
- Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance & grooming
- Handle guest queries, complaints & service recovery professionally
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads, appointments & repeat guests
- Maintain SOPs, hygiene, inventory & operational standards
- Coordinate with management for marketing campaigns & promotions
- Prepare daily reports, billing records & branch updates
- Train and motivate the team for better performance and teamwork
- Ensure positive workplace environment and strong customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years experience in Spa / Salon / Wellness / Hospitality management




- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication & customer service abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability
- Presentable personality with professional behavior
- Basic computer knowledge and operational reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in luxury wellness or hospitality industry preferred
