Billing & Estimation Engineer
Reporting to HOD
Qualification: Diploma in Interior Designing or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related
Experience: 1-3 Years of experience
Location: Mumbai

Scope of Job:
- Preparing BOQ's as per client requirement
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Formulating specifications and preparation/ Review of BOQs
- Preparing cost estimates based on the detailed BOQ to confirm Project Budget
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Negotiations with clients & vendors
- Approve site measurement sheet & checklist & give it to supervisors
- Should be able to calculate & prepare BOQ, BOM,
Quotation for Interiors Sites for all material required & have good knowledge of Market & market analyses of Interior Designing firms
- Validating sub-contractors bills to certify against PO or work order
- Preparing bills of sales to clients as per project wise
Functional Skills:
- Good with numbers & analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Advance Excel
- Possesses Confidentiality & Integrity
- Positive attitude and reliable & Pro-active in work
- Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
