We are looking for Engineering /Mechanical Engineering backgroung cadidates should have experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Engineer from the pump industry to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and promote our range of pumping solutions. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of pumps and fluid handling systems along with proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, and commercial industrial clients.
- Promote and sell pumps, booster systems, pressure pumps, and water management solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations & technical submittals.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support.
- Handle site visits, product demonstrations, and project follow-ups.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction.

Qualification :

- Minimum Diploma (Mech/Electrical)/ITI

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in pump industry sales.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.




- Strong knowledge of pump selection, applications, and water systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sales targets.
- Good network with dealers, contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and water supply systems.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
