Job Title: Senior Executive – Operations

Location: Livasa Hospital, Khanna

Job Summary:

We are looking for a agile and experienced Senior Executive – Operations to oversee the day-to-day hospital operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, maintain operational efficiency, and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor daily hospital operations.

* Coordinate with OPD, IPD, Emergency, Nursing, Billing, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, and other support departments.

* Ensure smooth patient flow and a high standard of patient care and service.

* Monitor departmental performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH standards.

* Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

* Coordinate with vendors and support service teams for uninterrupted hospital operations.

* Support manpower planning,



staff coordination, and operational improvement initiatives.

* Assist the management in achieving operational and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Relevant experience in hospital operations is preferred.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
