Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of design projects with a focus on digital mediums, ensuring exceptional visual communication.

Responsibilities for Video/Motion Graphics Designer:

1. Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team, inspiring and guiding them to deliver outstanding digital design concepts and executions, Creating, designing and editing video footage and adding creative work

2. Conceptualize and Execute: Develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts for various digital platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines

3. Digital Design: Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations specifically tailored for digital mediums, including paid ads, social media posts and emailers

4. Motion Graphics: Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics and interactive visuals to enhance user interactions and bring digital experiences to life, Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media and create visually stunning video assets and contents

5. Project Management: Oversee multiple digital design projects simultaneously, from initial concept to final production, Adding visual effects to create art work/use visual effects

6. Trend Awareness:



Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and digital tools, and apply this knowledge to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our digital designs.

7. Miscellaneous:

 Ability to partner with other team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (Web, Mobile, Video, and more)

 Using refining techniques to enhance motion graphics and motion design

 Responding to client feedback

 Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that push creative boundaries

 Ability to work under pressure for the client and meet the deadlines

 Should be good in visual thinking

 Good communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

 Prior experience into graphic design, motion graphics and video editing

 Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, illustrator, after effects, premiere pro)

 Any graduate/post graduate, diploma into web designing, UI designing

 Should have worked prior on brand designing and layouts, digital art, UI – web and mobile

 Minimum 02 to 04 years of relevant experience

 Minimum 01 year experience in animation and video editing

 Robust portfolio is a must

 Job location – Churchgate, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
