The selected candidate shall be responsible for:

Academic Responsibilities

- Teach English Language and English Literature to Classes IX–XII in accordance with the latest CBSE Curriculum.
- Prepare annual curriculum plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, competency-based assessments, and revision schedules.
- Deliver engaging, learner-centred, inquiry-based and activity-oriented classroom teaching.
- Develop students' Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening (LSRW) skills through innovative pedagogies.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations with excellent academic outcomes.
- Conduct remedial, enrichment and doubt-clearing classes.
- Integrate literature with communication, life skills, and real-life applications.

NEP 2020 & NCF-Aligned Expectations

The candidate must possess thorough knowledge of:

- National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
- National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and competency-based learning.
- Experiential, inquiry-based, collaborative and project-based learning.

Essential Qualifications

- Post Graduate Degree (M.A. English) with minimum 55% marks.
- B.Ed. from a recognized university.
- CTET qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong command over English Grammar, Literature and Communication Skills.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a recognized CBSE Senior Secondary School preferred.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional academic records and excellent teaching skills may also apply.
