Urgent Hiring – Site Supervisor (Fire Fighting Systems)

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites across India )

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor from the Fire Fighting Industry to oversee site execution, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Ensure timely material requisition, dispatch, and availability at site.
- Monitor project progress and submit daily site reports.
- Oversee erection, testing, commissioning, and hydraulic testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with PPE, PTW, and HSE requirements.
- Handle customer billing, contractor billing, documentation, and contract closure.
- Maintain site records, MOMs,



material registers, and project documentation.
- Follow up for client approvals and payment collections.

Eligibility

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Fire Fighting Systems/site execution.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, estimation, and costing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
- Robust communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Candidates should be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate and travel as required.

Working Days

- 6 Days Working
- Sunday Fixed Off

As per company policy and based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
