Profile: Govt. Tendering Executive-Textile-Surat-50k

Experience: Minimum 10 Years (Government / PSU Tendering - Textile Industry Preferred)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000

Roles:

- Identify and monitor relevant Government & PSU tenders from GeM, CPPP, State Government portals, and other e-procurement platforms

- Analyze tender documents including technical specifications, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and commercial terms

- Prepare and submit complete technical and commercial bids within deadlines

- Ensure proper documentation including EMD, Bank Guarantee, affidavits, declarations, and compliance certificates

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for costing, product specifications, certifications, and delivery commitments





- Maintain updated records of textile certifications (BIS, ISO, test reports, etc.)

- Attend pre-bid meetings and handle clarifications, corrigendum responses, and negotiations

- Follow up on tender results, L1 negotiations, and order confirmations

- Maintain MIS reports of tender pipeline, success ratio, revenue projections, and order status

- Support management in expanding government business aligned with company growth strategy

Qualification: Graduate Mandatory (Commerce / Business Administration / Textile / Any relevant stream)
