Quality Analyst (Manual) || 2-3 years Experience Required
Position Overview
The candidate is responsible for developing and supporting the planning, designing, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail and also have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be an expert in Functional, Usability, Reliability, Regression testing.
- Must have good hands-on experience in API and database testing.
- Must have experience in mobile and web testing both.
- Knowledge of Automation testing is an advantage.
- Assist in preparing Test Summary and Assessment Reports.
- Must have excellent communication/presentation skills
- Self- motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
- SDLC and Agile methodology knowledge.
- Clearly communicates testing and project status.
- Strong team player and a positive attitude, must have Positive problem solving and analytical skills and have basic knowledge of Xcode, android studio etc.
- Must know different types of testing, approaches, and tools.
- Keep updated about the latest updates on the web and mobile testing techniques.
- Must have knowledge about bug tracking tools like (Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent Communication
- Should have Strong testing aptitude with a clear understanding of testing concepts.
- Ability to manage QA responsibility independently
- He/ She should have proper knowledge about manual testing tools and techniques.
- Evaluates and tests new or modified software programs
- Good analytical and logical skills
- Good experience in monitoring product development and usage at all levels with an eye towards improving product quality

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
