Job Role

- Design Development: Create and develop the exterior design of buildings, ensuring that the facade aligns with the architectural vision, aesthetic goals, and functional requirements.
- Technical Detailing: Work on detailed drawings and specifications for the facade. This involves addressing technical aspects such as structural support, weather resistance, thermal performance, and energy efficiency.
- Material Selection: Research and select appropriate materials that will provide the desired aesthetic while also meeting durability and maintenance requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the facade design complies with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate the facade design with the overall building project.
- Problem Solving:



Address any issues that arise during the construction process, such as unforeseen design challenges or material limitations. This may involve adjusting designs, proposing alternatives, or finding solutions to technical problems.

Skill Set Required

- Relevant Exp. in Facade Industry
- Hands On experience in designing of Curtain Wall, Structural Glazing, Spider Glazing etc.
- Proficiency in Respective softwares, STADD Pro, Revit etc.
- Skills in using software for 3D modeling
- Design Software: Proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling software.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials, and the ability to incorporate energy-effective and environmentally friendly solutions into facade designs.
