Job Description / Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Architect to manage, develop, and integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across large-scale architectural and infrastructure projects.

- BIM Modeling & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models (LOD 200 to LOD 400/500) using Autodesk Revit and related software across all project stages (Concept to Construction Documentation).
- Clash Detection & Coordination: Perform clash detection and spatial coordination using Navisworks; coordinate seamlessly with MEP, Structural, and Landscape engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Standards & Compliance: Implement and adhere to company BIM standards, BEP (BIM Execution Plan), protocols, and family creation templates across all assigned projects.
- Documentation & Extraction: Extract accurate 2D construction drawings, schedules, material take-offs (BOQ), and project documentation directly from BIM models.
- Quality Control:



Conduct model audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, model integrity, parameter consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate directly with Senior Architects, Project Managers, and external consultants to integrate design updates into the main BIM file.
- Library Management: Create, maintain, and manage the office Revit family library and project templates.

Candidate’s Profile:

- Qualifications: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from a recognized university. BIM Certification / Diploma in Revit Architecture is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably with prior exposure to large-scale infrastructure, aviation, or commercial projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM 360/ACC, or Enscape/V-Ray is a plus.
- Competencies: Robust spatial awareness, knowledge of building codes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
