Position: Shift Incharge
Industry: Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Manufacturing
Location: Sarigam- Gujarat
Duty hours : 12 hours
Experience: 2–5 years in the Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Lead and guide shop-floor operators to ensure smooth shift operations.
- Maintain production records and prepare shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory experience in the Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of OFC manufacturing processes, production operations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the same industry will be considered.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
