The Resident Engineers shall provide assistance to the IT users. The Engineers will be deployed full-time at the clients place as per the project timings as required.

The primary responsibilities will be

- Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

· Hardware level of servicing, replacements / up gradation of spares, accessories etc of Laptops and Desktops.

· Effective Quality Control measured by On Time, First Time Fix (95%) and Control of repeat calls (less than 2%) for self and team.

· Update technical skills by regularly referring to Service manuals, Technical Bulletins, accessing Internet and obtaining Principal's latest Product Certification.

· Advise/educate/train/ the customer on best optimum usage of equipment purchased,



usage of original/genuine supplies and benefits of regular maintenance.

· Recommend Trade-in, Replacement or Write-off for end of life equipment or equipment which is beyond economical repair

· Provide excellent customer service and timely service delivery, so as to exceed customer expectations. Establish and build positive relationships with all major customers, with a view to ensure loyalty and repeat business.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including positive time management skills.

· Any other assignment given to you from time to time.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
