Purpose of the RoleJob Title: IT Trainer

Location: Faridabad Centre

Salary: 28K to 33K CTC

Role Overview

The role of the IT Trainer is critical to the success of Udayan Care’s initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute meaningfully to IT education with strong community impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and deliver the prescribed curriculum with support from the IT Programme Coordinator.
- Develop and share educational content such as notes, tests, and learning activities to build students’ basic and advanced computer skills.
- Conduct day-to-day classes on Tally Prime software to enable students to gain employable technical skills.
- Assess assignments, quizzes, and examinations; prepare and share periodic student progress reports.
- Supervise and guide the junior trainer.
- Handle data entry, data compilation, and support monitoring & evaluation activities.
- Prepare presentations for schools, outreach activities, publicity campaigns, and community surveys.
- Download software updates and assist in maintaining hardware systems.
- Promote programs within target communities to ensure good enrollment at the centers.
- Plan and conduct educational, co-curricular, and community-based activities, including workshops, events, and annual celebrations.




- Prepare and submit weekly written reports to the Head of the Programme.

Experience & Qualifications

- 6 to 24 months of relevant work experience (NGO sector experience preferred).
- Prior experience in programme implementation or teaching in an NGO setting will be an advantage.
- Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably in Computers / Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to social values.
- High motivation to work at the community level.
