We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Track project expenses and manage project budgets effectively
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 10-12 years of experience
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software/tools
