We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This opportunity is ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about building a successful career in Domestic and International B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.
- Engage with prospective business clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and promote company products and services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Qualifications





- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 6+ months of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with outbound calling or lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
