Job Description – Associate KPO (EOU Compliance & Import-Export)

Position: Associate KPO – EOU Compliance & Import-Export
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate KPO – EOU Compliance & Import-Export to manage compliance activities related to EOU, STPI, Customs, and Import-Export operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in regulatory filings, customs documentation, compliance reporting, and coordination with internal teams and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and trade compliance teams for EOU compliance and import-export activities.
- Liaise with STPI authorities for regulatory and compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit IGCRD applications on a yearly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare IGCRD balance quantity reports and maintain compliance records.
- Prepare and submit QPR, APR, and FORM-A returns to STPI and Customs authorities.
- Validate and verify FORM-A and Bill of Entry (BOE) entries.
- Prepare duty forgone reports and IOT duty payment reports.
- Update and monitor B-17 Bond entries and re-credit transactions on ICEGATE.




- Track outstanding bills and coordinate with the Finance team for timely closure.
- Handle customs intimations related to scrap disposal and stock transfers.
- Validate job work permissions and re-export documentation.
- Monitor FOC shipments, GRW transactions, and job work challan closures.
- Provide urgent compliance reports, data, and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of experience in EOU Compliance, Import-Export Operations, Customs, or related functions.
- Knowledge of EOU, STPI, and Customs regulations.
- Experience with ICEGATE, IGCRD, FORM-A, and statutory compliance filings.
- Solid documentation and compliance reporting skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within strict compliance timelines and deadlines.

Preferred Competencies

- Knowledge of customs documentation and import-export procedures.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Compliance-focused and process-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
