Responsibilities

- Accurate posting of Patient demographic, Charge Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the client’s revenue cycle system

- Adhere to customer SLAs for accuracy, production target, and turnaround time

- Comply with information security policies

- Ability to understand the impact on customer’s upstream and downstream processes





- Support quality and training initiatives with a view to continuously improve services delivered

- Always Demonstrate ethical behavior

Desired Skills/Traits

- Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry

- Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Must be flexible to work in shifts

- Fresh graduates with positive typing and communication skill may also apply
