WIth the objective to set up banking services branches in Gram Panchayats, Blocks and Municipality areas, the District Managers (Banking) are expected to perform on the following:

1. Mobilising and shortlisting potential business partners in the district of jurisdiction and facilitate in onboarding process.

2. Facilitation in training of the partners named as Business Associates (L1, L2, L3)

3. Facilitation in Setting up Branch Offices Banking Services - followed by adding other services as well in all branches.

4. Facilitating branches / Business Associates in meeting the periodic jointly planned goals in terms of deposits, loans, local business generations, planning for local industrial establishments, Local Coordination and business development and formation and facilitation of management boards at Panchayat, Block/ Cities and the district level.

5. Demonstrating leadership to bring the cooperative Society's banking services to the ever best level of any banking services

Eligibility:

1. The candidate should be minimum graduate with the industry experience of 5 to 10 years .

2.



The Industry experience shall include the service in different roles in the banking industry on in any other areas where the role, like mobilising business partners, franchisees, etc remained as core part.

3. Should have sound communication and public relationship skills
